FM40 Style - New Tan Strappy Sandals

Confessional Tuesday, I have some new summer sandals. I have wanted a pair of classic tan Greek sandals since last summer really after seeing many Instagram pictures of pretty tan feet on their holidays in their simple strappy sandals.

In the end I opted for a pair of Ancient Greek Sandals, I took a while to pick which style I wanted, but in the end I went for the Semele style, which is quite traditional and classic. They are handmade in Greece and took about 5/6 weeks to arrive, if you cannot wait that long, here are my five of the best tan sandals around. Look at number 3 ladies, Gianvito Rossi eat your heart out!!!

 2. JACQUES ST TROPEZ ZENOBIE SANDALS £165

3. TOPSHOP NOMAD SUEDE TIE SANDALS £65

4. ASOS FELIXUS MEGA TASSEL SANDALS £35

5. TOPSHOP FIG LACE UP SANDALS £39

Have you purchased your summer sandals yet? Do you like the traditional style I have gone for and do you like any of my other picks?

Let me know, I love to hear your thoughts and comments.

    1. Thank you :) I am a perfect UK 4/eu37 and therefore I got the 37 and they just fit, if you are in between sizes I would size up. x

    1. I nearly ordered off NAP Joanna, but they only had the brown in the style I wanted. Please you recommend them, as you are the shoe queen of our blogging community. Cx

  4. Please can you tell me what the sole is like on Ancient Greek sandals? I would love a pair (yours are gorgeous!) but want some sandals with a good solid sole. My current ones from Next are so thin and flimsy, I feel everything through them. Jo

    1. hi Jo, i have just measured them and the sole is 1cm thick of layers and then goes gadually thicker going around to the heel which is 2 cms. I think its a good solid sole for sandals. x

  8. Good choice, I prefer them as they're more of a minimalist flat sandal as opposed to one with more shoe covering, looks more chic.Wish the Mango ones were leather - I usually don't buy non-leather shoes - but for that price I might just cave especially as we don't wear sandals often in the UK! I LOVE the Topshop ribbon mid block heels - but a review on their website says they are orange not tan, which is a shame.

    1. just read that review .... :( Yes, i think the Mango ones are worth a go, lots of top bloggers have them who normally wear very expensive shoes, so they must be decent. x
