FM40 STYLE | 1 JUMPER, 3 (SORRY 4 WAYS)

I mentioned in this post here that I wanted a winter white knit and I had spotted this beautiful Jigsaw one that is sadly still not available. Then, I was perusing Hero of Stockbridge's online shop (which is the beautiful shop of ex-blogger Laura) and this Needle cable jumper caught my eye, sadly it is sold out at Hero (not surprised), but is available on Needle's own website, here. Needle has been started by 2 ladies (Lizzie and Emma) who met whilst working for LK Bennett and now design their own collection Needle in Buckinghamshire, their aim its create luxury knitwear that is stylish, flattering and has a gorgeously soft hand feel......... all sounds rather divine doesn't it?

Winter white or cream cable jumpers are huge this season,  with cool designers such as Isabel Marant Etoile and Anine Bing featuring them in their collections this season, but this Coco Cable Knit Jumper By Needle has just been put on my wish list.

I had loads of ideas swirling around in my mind of how to style this jumper, when I have done similar posts like this before I normally style the item three different ways, but this jumper has so many options I have four different looks to show you.

Firstly, for early meal out with the family on a Saturday evening.

It would look amazing slightly more dressed up with leather/leather look leggings, clutch and fabulous shoes.

Perfect with jeans and biker boots.

Or with a mini skirt and over the knee boots, just how great do these over the knee boots look from andOtherStories.

It would also look great styled with khaki cargo pants and white trainers..... oh the styling options are endless. Think I am a little in love with this jumper, I best get saving!

Have a great weekend.

  1. Hope your wishes come true and you get this jumper. I have this jumper (purchased from Hero) by back in August, I'm now waiting for the weather to become cooler so I can wear, but it is a beautiful knit.

    1. Thanks Michelle, I love the colour just still debating whether my busty frame would suit the cable knit, it's one thing I normally shy away from. X

  6. I just wrote a really long comment and somehow I joggled my mouse and it vanished - &%$£!!!!
I love how you've styled all the looks but my favourites are 1 and 3 - I really like a cream jumper with blue denim in the winter. I bought the Etoile IM Ludlow in cream and am dithering over whether to keep it or return it. It is flattering...but I really need a new skirt this winter and have a yen for a leather one. And I want a cream blouse too. Hmmm. Decisions, decisions! By the way, I finally found and bought a grey Iro 'Carene' on Ebay and I love it! Annabel xx

    1. I spotted the Ludlow today on Matches when perusing Marant, LOVE .... Love the split sides perfect for layering, I am tempted with that now, I am so in decisive at the moment. I adore this cable needle knit, just have a doubt that it may add a few pounds to my busty frame?? Great news on the Carene, well done. Xx

  7. Needle is a completely new name to me. I love the jumper but would be paranoid about the odd glass of red wine or blackcurrant juice going down the front. I'd be in a state of high alert every time I wore it! Those biker boots from Hush are great, I've been looking for a pair like that

  8. I notice you have referred to your busty frame a few time! An ample chest is something I am struggling with since having a baby a year ago. You always look very sleek and lovely in your photos. I hope you don't mind such a personal question !? I just wondered if you have any tips for good supportive disguising bras!? My knitwear is making me look even bulkier and it would seem anything light in colour is now a no no for me ! I find your Instagram really inspiring x

    1. I am a 34E sometimes a DD. A good bra is a must and I have to spend about £59-£70 on bras (I carefully hand wash them to prolong their lifespan) I buy them from a local specialist shop, the brand I love is Prima Donna and I ware this one in the cafe latte http://www.mystiquelingerie.co.uk/madison-bra-0162120-latte.ir and these ones http://www.jolielingerie.co.uk/lingerie/prima-donna-twist/a-la-folie/a-la-folie-wire-bra-prima-donna-twist in black. I hope that helps, plus get measured at a local Lingerie store or specialist. A good bra makes a huge difference and can take pounds off you. Thank you for your kind comments. xx
