How do you shop for clothes these days? Mainly on the internet or do you still go shopping?

I must admit in recent years I have purchased the majority of my clothes online .... whilst it's very easy sat with your laptop you can make costly mistakes. When you visit the shops you see things that you may have overlooked online, but the main thing I miss is the whole experience, making a day of it ..... having lunch with my mum, trying perfume at the beauty counters.  At Debenhams they are bringing that experience full on to their stores to entice us away from our computers and home deliveries to get us into their stores to enjoy actual shopping again!

They are investing a lot into their stores increasing the number of restaurants, beauty services, brow grooming and blow dry bars and many are now even introducing prosecco bars and yoga classes! All sounding very fun for shopping trips with your girlfriends.

One thing they have always championed is their designer collaborations ....... giving us luxury designer brands at a more affordable price points. I have been meaning to check out the Studio By Preen collection and finally I visited Debenhams to do so and I must admit I was pretty impressed ........ a certain dress may have come home with me!

The whole Studio by Preen collection at Debenhams is just glorious .... gorgeous dresses and skirts for A/W that can be dressed up or down.

Seeing the collection in store rather than online gave me a better idea of what I suited and got me to try a dress I may have overlooked online..... colour and print! Plus it was rather fun having a little try on session.

The dress I picked is just stunning, red leopard print (very on trend for A/W) with a contrast purple leopard lower skirt and it is 100% silk and is just a joy to wear .....

So go on ..... Do a bit of Debenhams and sample their in-store experience you may find something as good as this dress!

This post was brought to you in collaboration with Debenhams, but as ever all the words and opinions are my own. Thank you for supporting the brands I love and trust.
